Where are the PSAT scores by state for Letters of Commendation

<p>The College Board does not publish state scores needed for letters of commendation. anyone know what they are for ppl who took the PSAT in Oct 2013?<br>

<p>To add to the above answer, there is no state by state cutoff for commended. That’s only for semifinalist.</p>
