<p>I live near Pittsburgh and don't plan on going to far away, Washington DC is 5 hours and that's about the furthest. So, what are the major schools out there that I should look in to?</p>
<p>Depends. What are you looking for, other than department ranking? Big school, small school, private, public, and so on and so forth yada yada etc.</p>
<p>Check out Michigan-Ann Arbor. Top 3 Political Science department in the nation and less than 5 hours drive. Also check out Cornell.</p>

<p>what does it matter? every school has political science!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are all the same......sorta....i would hope you are planning to attend law school or somtin b/c a poli sci major alone wont get you any where!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
