Where do i find "extra-curricular activity list" and "personal essay"????

<p>"In order for me to respond effectively to you, make sure you have turned in all items before contacting me, including the Common Application, Common Application Supplement, EXTRA-CURRICULAR ACTIVITY LIST, PERSONAL ESSAY, counselor letter of recommendation, two (2) teacher letters of recommendation, high school transcript, official ACT and/or SAT scores, and application fee or waiver."</p>

<p>How do I submit my "extra-curricular activity list" and "Personal essay"?! Could anyone provide me with a link? I can't find it on the site!</p>

<p>did u submit the common app?
u have to make an account at <a href=“http://www.commonapp.org%5B/url%5D”>www.commonapp.org</a>
then add any colleges u want. EC’s is on the left-hand side and it says “activities.”
if u click “writing,” ull be able to upload any essays</p>
