Where do I input grades in the common app?

As the title states, I can’t find in the common app anywhere to input my grades. The only area I’ve had to input classes is the section where it asks for my current coursework. Not sure if their is a problem or if I’m just paranoid. Thanks.

You don’t. The Common App only asks for GPA, not individual course grades. That’s what the transcript is for.
