where do I send my mid-year update?

<p>i just recently qualified for an international public speaking championship and want to update the ad comm on it. where do I send the update letter? directly to <a href="mailto:info@admissions.upenn.edu">info@admissions.upenn.edu</a>?
Should i email it to the admissions rep for my area or email it directly to the admissions office?</p>
