thanks.

it says Unable to validate your PID/username or PAC/password. what does this mean? heavy server load?

I just logged on and had no problems. I would guess one or both of your two numbers is not correct. Did you ever create an account with UCSD?

is it an actual user name or the triton link 9 digit letter + numbers

My son was given a user ID number and then had to create a pass word.

i have the number and password, ive copy pasted and re-pasted, changed my password, typed it in manually, its just not working....

Maybe try the first time user or forgot your pass word links?

it worked, and took me to this page UCSD Blink: Link Family

Which link did you use?

the one you posted, when i tried it in internet explorer instead of firefox it actually worked, but there was no information. but now if i close it and try it again it still gives me that weird redirect

No I mean did you try the first time user one?

oh no, i just logged in normally, i already had my number and password.

So you logged in normally and it took you to that random page instead of to your application page?

yes. its happening in firefox, opera and internet explorer.

it only logged in normally once and when it did there was no update. but i want to figure out why its not logging me in correctly everytime

I have no answer for that. How many total characters are there in your user ID? Does it start with a letter or number?

it starts with a letter and there are 8 numbers after that, so 9 total

Yep that is the right one. Hmmmn all I can say is maybe it is off by one number and you are being logged into some other account. Have you tried to reset your password?

yea ive reset it twice already

the same thing was happening to me...u just need to restart your computer or use a different internet browser
