Where exactly and how to provide cbse predictive give marks

Hi. I am cbse student from India. I have two urgent questions regarding predictive scores.

  1. should my counsellor create a document containing my predictive scores on letter head and upload it on the common app (or)

  2. should the counsellor just key in ( input ) the marks in a table or section in the counsellor portal ?

My counsellor is new and hence this is an urgent query.

  1. if it should be a document that has to be scanned and uploaded is there any recommended format
