<p>Does anyone know the <em>best</em> hair salon in Berkeley? My hair is very difficult to cut properly and I wanted a very good stylist who wouldn't **** up my hair shape.</p>

<p>if you want the "best" but are willing to spend a bit, I highly recommend Festoon located on MLK. They are very professional.
If you can't afford to shell out 45+ for a haircut, you can apply to be a hair model for their beauty school. A student stylist will cut your hair with a professional guiding them through it. most of them are VERY well trained. The student cuts are around $30 i think.</p>
