Where should I put my President's volunteer service award on common app?

I think you just write it in your activities list. So one activity might be volunteering, describe what you did and your award in the space provided.

There is a section specifically for awards/honors called “Honors” under the Education tab.

Is there any other room to explain about the prize?
no enough room to write on activity section.

I think the honors are for academic honors and awards. You can always put that you won the award in the activity slot and then expand on the award in the additional information section.
