<p>The person who wrote a supplementary rec for me just finished it and asked me where he should email it to. I know its a little late now but he's been working on it for a while since I asked him a month ago, but anyways, would him sending it to <a href="mailto:info@admissions.upenn.edu">info@admissions.upenn.edu</a> be good enough, or should he send it somewhere else?</p>

<p>Usually people mail it to the admission committee at Penn, I think. I sent mine though to my regional "person in charge’.</p>
