<p>If a UT student takes a class at community college during summer where should the CC transcript be sent at UT? What department?</p>
<p>I think you just send it to the main building and they take care of the rest. Once they get your information, it’ll appear on your UT Direct or something in like a week.</p>
<p>My son took a class at Austin Community College. They have an automated method to send the grades to UT. You may have this option as well. It showed up on my son’s record the next day.</p>

<p>Well, it looked so strange that transcripts for already enrolled students had to be sent to the Office of Admissions that I called the Office of Registrar and asked.
And they confirmed that it had to be the office of Admissions.</p>
