Where's the best place to go after i-banking?

best exit. opp?

Venture Capital...

Hawaii is a great place.

Bermuda's better.

depends on your interests and how you want your lifestyle to be.

some people say venture capital is good but you need good experience with a tech or healthcare group at an i-bank to really be an asset in venture capital (after all you're working with science / tech companies). good money in this field. good money hours can be worse but usually better than banking

private equity paid packages of 400,000 dollars for 1st year post-MBA people but this is probably a bubble, the activity is going to cool down i'm sure. good money hours can be worse but usually better than banking

corporate dev is pretty chill, you can really make a difference in the company you work at and make some very big deals. hours are much less (40-50 a week) but pay is cut too.

then there's hedge funds, investment management, etc. tons of exit ops really.

which of those exit ops DONT require getting an MBA? And what is venture capital?
