Which area around RPI is safest to live?

<p>I've heard conflicting reports. Some say towards Hoosick, and some say by Tibbits. </p>

<p>If anyone can give me a range of area, or relative safety, I'd appreciate it.</p>

<p>nowhere… troy is vice town… you have to be on alert 24/7… Hoosick is Batville… Tibbits us Rat City… Both are dark areas in the midst of drug cartels, human trafficking rings, organ harvesting black markets, etc… </p>

<p>My feeling is Up by Tibbits is better than towards Hoosick St. but neither is particularly bad.</p>
