Which book combo is best for the entire Math 20A + 20B + 20C?

Please help. There is a confusing jumble of book combinations all revolving around the famed Jon Rogawski's Caluclus book. Which one should I buy if I am taking the entire Math 20A+20B=20C series over the next three quarters. Here are my choices:

ALL Staff R Rogawski *2 Calculus Early Transcendentals (text+questionnaire)
Availability New Books, In Stock, Retail Price: $126.75, Discounted Price: $114.08

ALL Staff O Rogawski Single Variable Calculus Solutions Manual
Availability New Books, In Stock, Retail Price: $34.75

ALL Staff O Rogawski X * Calculus Early Transcendentals E-book ( No Refund If Opened )
Availability New Books, In Stock, Retail Price: $63.50

ALL Staff O Rogawski 2 Single Variable Calculus (text+questionnaire)
Availability New Books, Not in Stock, Retail Price: $100.00, Discounted Price: $87.00

ALL Staff O Rogawski *3 Calculus Early Transcendentals Bundle (full Text+sv Soln Man.+mv Soln Man.)
Availability New Books, In Stock, Retail Price: $196.25, Discounted Price: $137.38

ALL Staff O Rogawski *2 Single Variable Calculus Bundle (text+sv Soln Man)
Availability New Books, In Stock, Retail Price: $134.75, Discounted Price: $101.07

It seems the second last entry above: *3 Calculus Early Transcendentals Bundle for 137.38 includes everything including the sv + mv solution manual. The others all seem to be a portion of this larger bundle. Why would anyone only get Single Variable Calc for $ 87 and then buy the other half later? Any help would be highly appreciated. Also, at the discounted price should I buy from the UCSD Bookstore.

Also, anyone use the E-book for Rogawski -- is it helpful. This option is the cheapest but of course I assume you don't get a physical book to study.

THANKS in ADVANCE.

Can’t we get an Ebook from someone who alredy has it?

The first item on the list is the actual textbook you will use for all 3 classes (20 A,B, and C). On top of that you can also purchase a solutions manual which is quite useful; if you don’t want to spend money on that there are copies at the library that you can check out for a few hours at a time. I would advise you to buy all your books online because the UCSD bookstore sells books at a much higher price (as do all other campus bookstores)

At the moment, the UCSD bookstore price is lower than the online prices for the Math20 series text. Also, whatever they mean by “questionaires” being included don’t seem to be available elsewhere.
