I know like 6 CCers. But two mentioned they posted on CC (but not their names), one I just know from brief encounters in elementary school, 1 has a post count of 8, and I know 2 fairly well (both have post counts in the hundreds)

My dad posts here as "inverse." At least one kid from my high school came here.
And I know one guy here quite well just from talking to him online.

A couple of my good friends are on here. They spill their stats and stuff on here, so I think it's funny that they're surprised that I know scores that they haven't told friends at school but rather posted here on CC instead.

None, and it will most likely stay that way. I'm sure everyone at my school would think this website is disgusting as almost everyone is very lax about their grades at my school.

None. They have absolutely no information. I pity the person in my school that already wasted money on a Stanford application with a nineteen hundred SAT score, nearly no ECs, and a mediocre GPA. The only reason I don't give her my real "chances" is that it wouldn't change the results of her app, and I'd rather have her happy the entire time rather than sad till April.

^ I know someone at my school like that. This person also has 1900's and zero EC's. She has good grades, but that's because she has nothing else to do but stress about getting straight A+'s. God forbid she get a regular "A" or 93-96%.

She is also applying to PRINCETON and YALE and of course, Stanford. Bad idea...

I don't know anyone from my school, but I know others that have tracked me down on CC, which is disturbing. I don't like the idea of them snooping around reading all my posts. W E I R D. Where's the anonymity?!?

i know like 3 or 4 specifically from my school, and there are a lot more out there that i don't know about...
heh. virtually everyone at my school goes on CC in some form or another...
