So I currently have a few in mind, but I have a good general concept of these topics in particular.

1) My experiences on being a twin and how it has affected my life

2) How I want to eventually work with the United Nations

I feel that with the UN, it might be controversial and the person reading the essay might have a negative view about the subject, whereas writing about having a twin isn't so much based on an opinion.

Any other topics I should look into?

Thanks in advance! :)

In general, it is the way you approach a topic, not the topic itself, that will make an essay “good” or "bad.
Which topic best lends itself to a revealing, personal essay?

Thanks for your help

Of all the twins and triplets I know, every single one of them seems to want to write about their experience being a multiple. Go for it if you want, but unless it’s very personal and can stand out among a sea of twin essays, maybe keep brainstorming. I think every multiple just assumes they should write about that, when there are many ideas that would be better for them.

I like the UN one and I don’t think any admissions officer would be bitterly against the idea of United Nations. If you’re in a Model UN club then that’s even better, definitely tie it in.
