Which college(s) has the best placement or is a target/semi-target for investment banking or a large tech company

I’m a huge Cox fan and hire from there. The placement office is fabulous. However, for the same cost, Emory would be a good bet.

Funny stories about IB. I did it for five years and it felt like a sales job vs. valuation and finance, although you need to know that as well. The analysts build out big models and big decks and associates oversee it and are responsible for “perfect work.”

I believe pitch decks are now “outsourced” to back office ops in less expensive countries. I have no idea what analysts do anymore!!

For IB, more or less, the higher the ranking, the more robust the recruitment by banks. With that in mind, Emory is your best bet, and it’s not even close.
