So my question is in the topic. I know so far of Harvard, Yale and Princeton. But what about the colleges who aren't in the Ivy league? Is there any of them rich enough to admit any poor, but with a good application, international student?

MIT, Williams and Middlebury are need-blind too.

In addition to those there are a couple of dozen colleges that are not need-blind but still admit some international students with very good fin aid. Here is a list of colleges that award "significant" need- or merit-based fin aid to internationals:

Thanks a lot for this link. however, it scared me a little because I saw Yale in the second category. What does it mean? Did less international students enroll to Yale or Yale does not offer as much financial aid as I thought?

yale is NEED-BLIND for internationals as well!, which means that they don't care about ur EFC.

well, i heard that certain schools claim to be need-blind but they are actually need aware to intl students. Do u guys noe who they are?

There are only 6 colleges that claim to be need-blind towards internationals (to my knowledge) and I don't think any of them claims so wrongly.

some say they are need blind but it usually applies to US citizens/residents, and not international students

HYP, MIT, Williams and Middlebury are need-blind towards internationals... there are some other colleges which are need-blind, but only to US citizens. That's all.

Other than UPenn, which is need-blind for Canadians also, are there any other schools with the same policy for Canadians? Thanks.

Dartmouth and Amherst

Um... Yale's finaid doesn't seem to match up to that of H or P. There was an interesting thread by some current Yalie who explained why finaid is so low at Yale.

I think Cornell also meets demonstrated need of Canadians and Mexicans.
