which colleges only look at weighted GPA?

<p>Are there colegeS that ignore unweighted GPA's totally? I understand that some regroup the grades, but seriously DO COLLEGES ONLY LOOK AT WEIGHTED GPA'S? thanks</p>

<p>Not really. They’ll usually look at unweighted + the class you took.</p>

<p>Seriously, the formulas high schools employ for weighting GPAs vary wildly. Some states weight out of 5.0 - does that mean they should be accepted? Some districts give Honors classes a bonus - does that make them more rigorous than they are here? Of course not, and colleges know that. They have their own formulas.</p>
