Which CS Degree? CS vs. CIT?

I'm in need of some advice at the moment. I'm stuck primarily between two universities: the University of Kentucky and Northern Kentucky University. They both boast great Computer Science programs. UK's is part of its College of Engineering; NKU's is part of its College of Informatics. NKU's computer science department is one of its focal points of research.

Now, to get to the dilemna. I've been accepted to both universities and am trying to figure out which one has the better programs. I don't care about prestige; I want to know which one has the better program. The requirements for NKU and UK's Computer Science requirements follow respectively:
Program Requirements: Northern Kentucky University

I'm also curious if I would be prepared for a CS degree anyway? Math has never been much of a bother for me. I don't have the highest math scores on the ACT (26), but that's primarily because my middle school didn't offer me higher math courses--setting me back. I don't love math; but, it doesn't bother me to do math. I love problem solving though and computers in general so I think that relationship of interests could enable me to succeed in a CS program. Do you agree?

Also, I would love to venture into a career focused on the disciplines of cyber security and computer forensics. NKU offers a Computer Information Technology major with a track in Network Security. NKU also offers two minors in Information Security and Computer Forensics which they insist is better suited for a CIT major. Would a CIT major be totally lackluster in contrast to the theoretical study of Computer Science? Would a CIT major set me back in the hunt for a job? Also, more importantly, would a CIT major be better for going into cyber security or computer forensics than a Computer Science major? Here are the links to NKU's CIT Major requirements, Computer Forensics minor requirements, and Information Security minor requirements respectively:
Program Requirements: Northern Kentucky University
Minor in Computer Forensics: Northern Kentucky University
Minor in Information Security: Northern Kentucky University

Would it be better if I just majored in CS and minored in those two rather than major in CS?

So, to reiterate... University of Kentucky vs. Northern Kentucky University, which boasts a better Computer Science curriculum/program? CIT vs. CS for cyber security and overall job prospects?

Thank you for your time!

Bump .

Based on the information you have provided, NKU is more practical, hands on. CIT will be less or no coding, but will do more debugging.

But which do you think is the overall stronger degree? I already know NKU’s is more practical.
