Hey, I am in need of advice. I'm currently a freshman at Brooklyn College and in the Pre-Med program.. but I want to transfer to Hunter. As I've been contemplating in high school, which offers better resources and stronger foundation, Brooklyn or Hunter?

The BA/MD program at Brooklyn, provides rigorous courses for med school, including the infamous Chemistry courses which the college is accredited for (because it's immensely difficult, even a doctor admitted that he got into med. school b/c he was able to pass Gavin's chemistry class.) My only trouble with Brooklyn, is the long commute for me (about 2 hours, sometimes less.) But it could lead to health issues, and I get seriously worn out from a long schedule.. I don't want my grades to go down the drain.
Brooklyn also provides it's library that's open for students until late hours, so I could study there instead of becoming digressed when I arrive home... however it gets quite late.

Hunter is definitely, recognized by a number of Medical Schools, I know it has a good pre-med program, and it also has an alliance with Down State Medical School (like Brooklyn.) Hunter is much more proficient in terms of commute and accessibility, located in Mid-town Manhattan. I'm not aware of the benefits of the Pre-med program there. I've been searching through past threads, but they continue back and forth. Is there any student, or Alumni who has hard-evidence about the facilities and effectiveness of the pre-med courses at Hunter? Is the pre-med office well organized and founded?

Any ideas or advice would be great.
