If i want to pursue a career in business in the future what undergraduate program should I take????? (ORFE??)

You can major in whatever you want and still land a great job on Wall Street. It helps to take some finance classes, but you should major in what you're really interested in. If that's ORFE, so be it. If not, don't do it just because you think you have to.

This is completely true :)

Don't bother in majoring in something at Princeton just because you think it'll land you a great wall street job. Take a finance/econ course here and there and you'll be fine. The only departments that would give you a slight edge are perhaps Math, Computer Science and Physics for more quantitative positions.
