I’ve been interested and fascinated in so many subjects that I can’t choose what to pick. I’ve been interested in Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, French, Psychology, History, Political Science, Neuroscience, Sociology, and Philosophy. My main focus is to study Pre-Med but I have been a bit interested in law, but mainly (85%) pre-med. Is there a criteria or guidelines I can follow to decide what to minor or major in? What’s the limit?
Neither pre-med nor pre-law requires any specific major, although pre-med requires a set of courses that overlap with biology majors but can be taken alongside any major.
In your first two years, you could take, alongside the chemistry, biology, calculus & statistics, physics, and English / writing courses for pre-med, courses in the other subjects of possible interest like psychology, sociology, history, philosophy, political science, etc…
Note that if you want to be a physics major, you may have to take physics for physics majors instead of physics for biology majors, as well as more math.
Thank you for your help!
