Which of these colleges should i be going for?

GPA UNweighted so far: between 3.85 and 3.9
Freshman:
Geometry/Algebra 2: A/A-
Higher level English: A
World History: A
Advanced (not AP) Bio: A
Spanish 1: A

PE: A

Sophomore:
Trig/Analyt Honors (not weighted): A/A-
Higher level English: A
US Gov/World History: A
Chem Honors: B+/A-
Spanish 2: A

PE: A

Junior (only finished 1 semester so far):

Humanities: A
APUSH: B+
Physics H (not weighted): A
Spanish 3H: A or A- (unsure, I think A)
AP Statistics: A or A- (unsure, I think A-)
(I am going to take English Honors next semester instead of Humanities and will probably get an A but it's possible I won't)

I expect to get similar grades next semester
My plan for Senior year and guess of grades:
BC Calculus AP: A or B
English Honors (1 semester): A
English elective (1 semester): A
Econ (1 semester): A
AP Econ (1 semester): A
AP Psych: A
AP Computer Science: A
AP Physics or AP Environmental Science: A if APES, B if AP Physics

Extracurriculars: Speech (like debate), Soccer (not school soccer, but it is competitive), Symphony (moderately advanced level), Zero Robotics (a new type of programming robotics competition, I hope to be the secretary of the club next year)

Community Service: In 9th grade, I got the gold award for over 250 hours of junior counselor at a kids camp

Career experience: 2 summers of being counselor (it's a paid job)

Honors: In some sort of Honors Society at school

SAT: Total-2180, Math-790, CR-640, Writing-750
I'm getting a private tutor mostly for CR and I will retake it in March.

I also live in Silicon Valley at a really good public school (I believe it is ranked somewhere in the 80s in top high schools in the US)

I'm white and Jewish (am I supposed to say I'm Jewish because it's a minority or do I not because Jews are over represented in higher education?)

Colleges I'm looking at (reaches and mid-level colleges):
MIT-top choice
Cornell
Carnegie Mellon
University of Pennsylvania (hopefully Wharton, can I get in as a Freshman undergrad?)
University of Michigan
Washington University in St. Louis
UC Berkely (I'm a CA resident)
Stanford (just for the heck of it)
Northwestern

And of course I have backups (mostly UCs). But can anyone tell me which of these are reasonable choices? Should I not even consider some of them for being too high or low? Because obviously I have to narrow down my list...... Thanks

MIT: Reach
Cornell: Reach (but less reachy than MIT, UPenn or Stanford)
NWU: Reach (about as reachy as Cornell)
UMI: Low match
Berkeley: Match
UPenn: Reach
CMU: High match
Stanford: Reach

Oh, also I plan on taking Math II, Physics and US History (or possibly Spanish) for SAT II’s, but I haven’t taken any yet.
And NYU is another on the list

NYU: Low match (be prepared to pay a hefty sum to attend)

Thanks for your help! Anyone else have an analysis?

I’d recommend boosting your community service (I doubt colleges will care much about anything before high school).

Have you considered applying to Caltech? I hear its just like MIT, but not as intense.

Otherwise, CMU, Berkely, and Northwestern seem like good matches for you.

Caltech’s way more antisocial. I don’t want a party school, but I need a life (not to hate on Caltech people… I admire your commitment)
