Carolina Research Scholars Program
Chancellor’s Science Scholars Program
Honors Carolina
Innovation Scholars Program
MacDonald Community Service Scholars Program
Summer Study Abroad Fellowship
Wood Scholars Program
I know that the Woods Scholars Program offers $7K a year, renewable for four years, and that MacDonald offers $5K a year (renewable), and the Summer Study Abroad Fellowship offers a onetime $5K fund for study abroad.
I can apply to three, and I would like to choose ones that offer monetary aid, opportunities in research, business, and community service. The three I currently have selected are MacDonald Community Service Scholars Program, Honors Carolina, and Wood Scholars. I have no interest in the Innovation Scholars Program, but I do have interest in the Chancellor’s Science Scholars Program, the Carolina Research Scholars, and the Summer Study Abroad Fellowship, and didn’t know which three out of the six I should choose. I’ve conducted research in high school, and the Carolina Research Scholars as well as CSS are high on my list but I’m not sure whether I should choose them over honors, or Wood Scholars, etc.
