You should look at Rowan University (NJ Public). They have a brand new business school building, with your AP scores you could probably get credit for up to a year of college and finish in 3 years. They are generous with merit aid. My daughter will graduate in 3 years with ZERO debt for anything. Message me or check out the Rowan board for more info.
Montclair State has a great location and no money to give.
Ramapo is a beautiful campus, smaller size and gives merit.
TCNJ gives some merit, but not nearly as much as Rowan. It considers itself highly, so that may be why.
Look hard at the numbers - why come out with $100K in loans? With your business sense you know better than that!
