<p>If you were to choose on the basis of finances,I would suggest you apply to Mount Holyoke.They seem to LOVE international students.Also,from my own personal observations I have gathered that Mount Holyoke accepts a LOT of girls with high need,probably more than most LACs…so this could be a good option if you dont mind a single-sex school.</p>
