Which of these Universities do I have a shot at?

I had trouble with my junior year as I moved twice and had to live without my parents for the first time and in obscurity (which I eventually dealt with after a few months of getting used to not being the center of attention as I'm very social but was a bit confused) and ended up with a 2.5 GPA that year. I've been to 4 different high schools since freshmen year with 2 in Saudi Arabia, 1 in Texas, and 1 in California. I currently live in Saudi Arabia where education is relatively poor and I'm concerned with helping people achieve what they want and trying as hard as I can to help them get there.

UNIVERSITIES BASED ON PRIORITY: UC-Berkeley, Brown University, UCLA, New York University, University of Michigan-Ann Arbor, University of Wisconsin-Madison, University of Toronto. Please tell me what my chances are on each college

ACADEMICS
-GPA: 3.4
-SAT score: 2200. 780 math, 740 critical reading, 730 Writing
-4 Subject Tests: 750+ on all
-Class Rank: 1st out of 200 during Senior Year (only)

I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO TAKE AP'S BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT OFFERED HERE AND WHEN I WAS IN TEXAS I WAS A SOPHOMORE SO I TOOK PRE-AP'S AND WHEN I WAS IN CALIFORNIA CLASSES WERE FULL AS I SHOWED UP SECOND SEMESTER THAT YEAR.

EXTRA CURRICULAR
-Created first ever school club (soccer club, drama club) in which many people followed and created clubs under my guidance
-Created first ever weekly newspaper in Saudi Arabian schools (or any type of newsletter be it weekly or monthly) and I'm editor and headline writer each week,
-Class of 2014 representative,
-In charge of school activities (tournaments, school trips, etc.).
-Co-captain of school Varsity soccer team during senior year and on Varsity since Junior,
-Created volunteer tutoring for kids at school and teach along with friends that I have gathered for teaching 7th and 8th grade (first in school free tutor in Jeddah, KSA)
-School Motivational Speaker and speak about the importance of a good education and college weekly to students younger and my age,
-Teach an SAT class for free after school for Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors in Math, and have recruited someone to help me in writing and reading (the school provides the same material for over 700$ and only once a week as opposed to 3 times a week. So I started this for the students who did not know and did not care about paying that money and spoke to them through my career guidance program that I have setup for people who need help in figuring out where to go.
-Bass Guitar player and Drummer (have not been able to achieve much since I live in Saudi were music is looked down upon)
-Interview random people on the streets of Saudi Arabia and am currently starting a People of Saudi Arabia page that brings society closer to one another through images and stories.

A LOT OF THE THINGS THAT SEEM ORDINARY OR STANDARD DON'T EXIST HERE AND I'VE BEEN BRINGING ALL THAT I HAVE LEARNED ABROAD AND TRIED TO APPLY ALL THAT I CAN TO HELP MY FELLOW CLASSMATES AND PEARS AND HAVE SET UP MY E-MAIL TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS THEY HAVE ABOUT COLLEGE.

WORK EXPERIENCE
-Took a job as Warehouse operator during one summer at the biggest plastic manufacturing company in the middle east, Human Resources coordinator second summer,

You probably should look at the schools that value more on essays. Your GPA is really low for any top schools. Your SAT scores are good though. Why don’t you list out the SAT2? You have several typed several paragraphs, why not type another line for this important details.

SAT 2: Biology: 780
Math 1: 800
U.S History: 750

Your scores do look very good. What is your intended major? Again, essay and recommendation would be critical for you. As GPA for foreign countries are difficult to be compared. They may give you benefit of doubt. However, you mentioned your class rank for senior, does it mean you are actually taking a gap year? That does not make sense.

Berkeley: High match
UCLA: High match
Brown: Reach
NYU: Match/High match
U Toronto: Safety-High match (depends on the major; social science and humanities majors are safeties, engineering/engineering science is a high match)

I’m trying to double major in Mathematics & Education.

Then again, I’m not sure about the value of Canadian (or American) teaching credentials in Saudi Arabia…

Berkeley: low reach
UCLA: low reach
Brown: reach
NYU: high match
UToronto: match/high match
