Which SAT/ACT Scores should I send?

I can't decide which SAT/ACT scores I should send to colleges (I need to know ASAP because they're due in 2 days).
My scores aren't great at all and they are so varied that I don't know which ones to send!
Please give me with some insight and explain to me which scores I should send and why.

These are my scores:

1st ACT:
English 28
Mathematics 25
Reading 29
Science 23
Combined English/Writing 26
Composite: 26

2nd ACT:
English 30
Mathematics 26
Reading 26
Science 25
Combined English/Writing 30
Composite: 27

SAT:
1710 (2400 Scale)
Reading: 540
Math: 570
Writing: 600

Definitely send the 27 ACT, and if the college superscores, send both the 26 and the 27 if it bumps your score to a 28 or even 29 (too lazy to do math). Do NOT send in the SAT, because the two most important sections (CR+Math) are lacking in comparison to your ACT. However, DO THE MATH FIRST. If the two scores do not come out to a superscore of 28 or higher, just send the 27.

So by “do[ing] the math” you mean to say take the HIGHEST scores from both of my ACT tests and average them right? Well the total would then be a 27.75 rounding to a 28 so I guess the superscore is a higher score after all.

Is there anyone else that says I should send both the ACT tests to get the superscore?

I don’t really understand why you wouldn’t if the school superscores…

My DD had similar scores on both ACTs and SAT. GC said to send both ACTs.
