There’s a whole lot more to your application than your GPA and ACT score. AP’s? Extra-curriculars? Essays? As has been noted on numerous threads, you can’t transfer internally to CSOM. Given your question, it appears you want to apply to the easiest part of the university to get in, then transfer to what you really want to do. Education is quite different from the other two schools. By all means, apply if you want to be a teacher. Otherwise, it’s between A&S and CSOM. You don’t indicate what you want to study, which complicates things. Go for what you’re most interested in and let the chips fall where they may. Good luck to you.

How is freshman year different for education students. Do they complete same core as rest of students? how many education specific classes required freshman year. Not sure want to take teaching path and if eventually switch to A&S what will I need to catch up on in Sophomore year. Noticed that students can not switch schools until sophomore year.,
