Which School Should I Apply to?

I’ve been thinking about this for months and today is my last chance to decide which school at BC to apply to. I’m not positive about what I want to major in. It’s between education, psychology, and nursing- I am the type of person to never decide on one thing and will probably end up going back to school/double majoring at some point. I’ve been applying to a mix. I was admitted to UMass Amherst nursing major and CHC as well as UVM and UNH for psych so far. I am trying to decide between nursing or arts and sciences for BC. I’ve been told by an admissions rep to go for nursing so I can have the option bc the stats are very similar. That said, I know there are less students in nursing and I’m paranoid I will get denied. I would rather go arts and sciences than not at all- I’m not set on nursing and would be happy majoring in psych.

My stats:
32 ACT (33 superscore)
4.45/5 weighted GPA (diagnosed with adhd senior year, talked about it in additional information bc my grades were lower)
apush and ap lang junior year (only ones offered), pretty much all highest levels except math and some sciences
ap psych, french, and lit senior year, full course load/no study, band all 4 years
i didn’t push myself too much in math/science courses but i am taking accelerated anatomy and physiology senior year

Ecs:
-9 dance classes a week, volunteer as assistant dance teacher at the studio i have been at for 13 years
-worked as a personal assistant this summer
-competitive horseback rider for 9 years & team captain
-volunteered as a counselor at horseback riding camp for 5 years
-played flute for 8 years, in highest level school band all 4 years, private lessons, outside group
-member of traveling ballet company, dance in nutcracker for 6 years, received a scholarship for attitude/commitment
-member of national honors society
-president of french club
-overall very busy & long commitment to each of my activities, involved in many ways

also i worked really hard on my common app essay and its about why i chose to do all of my activities not focus on one & how i am passionate about them basically, hopefully it should help me, and my bc essay is about how i got the scholarship from the ballet company for my character and that my passion for helping people/being positive will benefit the community

Any advice on which one I might be better off applying to?

I wouldn’t pay anything extra for nursing school. It’s not how that profession works in terms of job opportunities and growth prospects. Lowest cost and high quality. UMass does that. So I would apply to MCAS and let the chips fall where they may. But if you’d like to be a nurse I would be done with my search and enjoy the last semester of HS. But keep your grades up of course.

Recognize you have amazing accomplishments but currently would be high match to low reach for you.
