Which Ivy League school would be the best to attend to become a high school English or Biology teacher?
Thanks!

Maybe you could survey where teachers in the region you wish to work attended. My bet is that most of them went to a local state university. If a school district knows that they get excellent teachers from a certain college, applicants from that college may have a slight advantage in the hiring process.

You could even ask teachers and administrators around your high school (even if you plan to live in another state) if attending an Ivy League school would be an advantage in hiring.

Check out this discussion on the Ivy vs. non-Ivy topic.

I probably should have specified. I don’t plan on attending an Ivy Leage. They are way to expensive/not helpful to be come a teacher. I just wanted to know. I’m always curiou about these things. haha
