<p>Texas Tech used to brag they had the largest contiguous campus with some 1800+ acres all in one piece. In that part of the world, that's a small spread.</p>
<p>The largest campus population is definitely OSU, hands down. At orientation last month, I was told that we were the largest university in the world, with over 50,000 undergrads enrolled in autumn. MN's twin cities is second, and Texas is 3rd.</p>
<p>I thought UCLA was big...when I went to UC Berkeley...whew. Knocked me off my feet.</p>

<p>I have heard the University of the South (Sewaunee) has a spreawling campus. I don't know the number of acres, though, but the campus goes on forever . . . .</p>
<p>Yeah UCLA does include res halls in their count. As was said before in this thread, there is really not much unused land at UCLA, whereas schools like UCSC have a forest in the middle of it.</p>
