Which Score To Send

Hey guys, I have 3 mediocre scores, and I don't know which to attach with my Rochester app in its test-flexible system.

ACT:
English 27, Math 27, Writing 10/12, Composite 25
SAT:
CR: 560, Math: 610, Writing: 600, Composite 1770
SAT II:
US History: 610, Math 2: 620, Lit: 610

AP Scores:
Lang: 3, USH: 3, Lit:
IB Scores:
Economics HL: 6-7; Spanish SL: 5-6

Thanks guys.

Don’t send either the SAT or the ACT - they are below average for U Roc. Since U Roc reports SAT and ACT scores for US News and other rankings, it would be to their detriment to admit someone who would bring their averages down. I’d probably submit the AP scores - 3’s aren’t bad. I don’t know anything about IB scores, so I can’t comment on those.

Good luck. Standardized tests aren’t everything- write a great application.

I would not assume that not sending the scores is a great option. I am not an admissions officer, but if you didn’t send them, I would assume they are terrible. I guess I would call admissions and talk through it with someone. If you call instead of email, I think it won’t get back to your application …

FYI, UR requires a minimum score of 4 in any AP to grant credit.
