Which Scores to Send?

I've taken the SAT and ACT twice (taking the SAT again this Saturday) and I've taken 2 subject tests (retaking one in November). My current scores are:

SAT:

1940 - 710 M, 640 W, 590 CR
2080 - 730 M, 690 W, 660 CR

ACT:

31 C - 34 E, 31 M, 28 R, 32 S
32 C - 33 E, 35 M, 24 R, 35 S

SAT IIs:

Math II - 790
Chemistry - 700 (retaking)

Besides my higher ACT, I'm not really sure what I should be sending. Should I even send my SATs at all (assuming this coming one is not extremely high), and if I do, should I send the first one? Admissions officers know pretty much everyone takes the SATs, and I feel like leaving them out can look bad. I've also heard that colleges like to see improvements in standardized tests, which could be a reason to send the first.

As for ACT, do you think I should send both, or only the better one? Normally I would only send the highest but I feel like the 24 R looks awful (28 isn't great either but it's still much better) and a lot of colleges say they really only look at the highest for each section.

For SAT IIs, I plan to send Math and Chem, however, with my retake coming up for Chem, should I include the first one? I'm retaking it after the ED deadline and am going to send it in for ED/EA, so should I put the 700 on my common app for now and leave a blank for a second Chem test and just send when I get the scores? For RD, if my retake is higher, can I leave the first one out?

This is a much longer post than I expected, especially for something that shouldn't be so complicated. If you could give some advice that'd be great. I just want to make the most of my scores.

…bump

Just my non-expert two cents, but I think I would send both ACT scores (superscore to a 33) - we have found a number of colleges DD is interested in are superscoring the ACT or at least looking at individual section scores.

I don’t think I would bother with SAT and just send the SAT IIs.

Also, UPenn states that they want to see my entire testing history. Is there any way of them knowing if I use scores choice for SATs? If I do send all of them do you think the 1940 could have an negative impact (assuming I score decently on the pending test)?

And why would you think that all colleges assume that “everybody takes the SAT’s”? Actually, that is only true on the East Coast (you must live there?). In the Midwest the majority of students only take the ACT, although my son took both. I agree with momofzag: right now I’d send your 2 ACT’s and the SAT II’s, not your SAT I.
