Well, I'm an Asian-American and I'm the first generation to go to college. Also a resident of NYC and attending one of the top high schools in NYC.

I'm pretty average, but I've a strong passion for humanities. I want to find a SUNY with a strong English program and I've looked into several (ie; Bing, Geneseo and UB). I don't know if I want a big or small school; I'm from the city so I'm used to big establishments, but at the same time I don't mind the campus being more rural. I bet it'll be fun to get dirty and just have fun in the great outdoors since I spent 17 years in the big apple.

I wasn't focused during the school years and it really wrecked my GPA. I didn't realize how much I threw away until I saw my transcript and I've changed my work ethic drastically.
