<p>They'll look at your entire high school transcript. But don't worry too much about something that you can't change (like your freshman year). Hopefully, you've shown great progress since then. If you have your heart set on one or two particular SUNY schools, you may want to email an admissions advisor/counselor and explain the situation. We found all communications with admissions offices to be quite informative. Their job is to help you so don't fear them. Good luck. And remember, apply Early Action and make sure you apply to a few safety SUNY's. Sometimes people underestimate the competition.</p>
<p>We look at your whole transcript, but if the rest of your transcript is really solid, that's important. Worst case, we'll wait for your senior midyear grades to make sure you're keeping it up before we make a decision.</p>

I know Stony Brook and Binghamton both offer that.</p>
