Which teachers to pick for recommendation letters

So there are three teachers who I have asked for rec letters, and all of them agreed to write me them. However, several of the schools to which I’m applying only allow 2 rec letters from school teachers, so I’m really confused as to which 2 teachers’ to use for those colleges. I am going to major in chemistry (second choice engineering), and the three teachers are my AP Eng 3 teacher, my AP Chem teacher, and my AP Cal AB+BC teacher. I am not a really talkative student, so I don’t know my teachers VERY well. I will talk about each of my teachers, and I hope I can receive some advice as to which two are better candidates for the colleges that only allow 2 letters.
My AP English teacher is famous for his massive amount of reading and GPA-ruining pop quizzes (and tests), but I managed to maintain a 97 in his class, which I believe put me in the top tier of the students he’s had. I worked diligently, never stirred troubles, and didn’t joke around or waste time like an idiot, so I think he doesn’t have any reason to dislike me. I also went to a summer lesson he taught and sought advice for my college essays, and I think that he has learned quite a bit (or to some degree at the least) about the way I think and who I am. He, like me, is kind of silent and speaks in a monotone, so maybe this could be a plus as well.
My calculus teacher has taught me for 2 years. I basically have maintained a near perfect average in both of the courses by getting (except when I’m stupid in which case I’d get a 95 or something on a quiz or a test), and since I never talked like an idiot or offend him (I actually sometimes cuss because there’s an annoying kid in my class, but I don’t know if he’s heard my cussing or is gonna hold that against me), I believe that he likes me in general. He’s a nice person and judging from the way he talks to me I think he doesn’t dislike me.
My chemistry teacher is a complicated case. I’m a clumsy person (kinda), so I’m not very good at handling “dangerous” lab instruments, and on the first lab my group did something stupid and he’s like “ow what are you doing!” (Whoops.) However, I think I’m one of his best students last year because I got a 111 (he uses an AP curve) on a test that almost everybody bombed and have maintained a good behavior. I don’t think I’m one of his BEST best students because he has taught many students and I know several of them who graduated and went to prestigious schools (he said that one of his best students only missed one on a test which I missed like 5 on; this student is a girl that went to MIT btw), but I’m confident that I’m a pretty good student compared to most of his students. I am also more involved in chemistry than other students and was 1~2 questions away from winning a 1500-dollars scholarship in sophomore year, but then I never participate in science fairs and did not join SNHS for personal reasons. Overall, he is the teacher that I’m most unsure about, and I don’t know if he is very punctual (I requested a rec letter for a priority deadline and asked to make sure he received it but the system shows that he never sent it; maybe he did something wrong or he simply forgot, idk). I know one student who asked him for a rec letter and got into Rice, though (which must mean that his letter wasn’t bad because I think I am academically stronger than this student), although he’d been more involved in science overall than I am.
I know this is a long post, but I am really conflicted right now. I really hope I can get some feedback on what you guys think. Thanks!

I think I have the same sense of conflict. LOL. I think the AP English teacher may be the best bet at least he knew your college essay. Somehow I would want someone who knew me more than just my grades.

Choose teachers who know you well as a person rather than what grade you got.
