Which U.S. PhD Program in Economics should I am at?

I am an Asian, and am interested in applying for PhD Program (Fall 2012 Admission) in Economics with research area of Economic Growth and of Economic Development.

A brief summary of my academic background :
Undergraduate : BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and Economics, University of London.
Postgraduate : Master of Economics, The University of Hong Kong.
GRE : 770(Q) / 480 (V) / 3.5 (AWA)
Currently teaching undergraduate economics courses at a Liberal Arts College. All the courses are taught in English.

Would the forum members please provide an honest evaluation, and suggestions on which U.S. PhD Program in Economics I should apply for?

Thank you for your suggestions, in advance.

I am doing Political Science so I am not sure I can completely answer your question. IF you only recieved a 480 Verbal and 3.5 Writing and you are a native English speaker, you really should retake the GRE because those scores are a red flag for any admissions program. Your other credentials look pretty good. Go to US News and World Report and probably take the schools numbering 21 and below for best graduate programs economics and you can probably start there on your search.
