Most of those schools don't have an actual undergraduate business degree. UCLA, for example, does not.

It does, however, offer a major in "financial economics."

UCI does not offer an undergrad biz program either

The only UC campuses that offer undergrad business are Berkeley and Riverside. Of these two, Berkeley's program is much more famous.

Other campuses often have programs that can be somewhat similar to an undergraduate business degree. For example, UCSD has "management science", UCLA has "business economics", UC Davis has "managerial economics", and so on.

Bear in mind that the exact word for your major on your diploma doesn't matter as much as how well you do, the relative fame of your school, and so on. (The UCLA econ grad with an A average will be better positioned for employment than the UCR business grad with so-so grades.)

Berkeley and UC Riverside are the only two UC schools with real business majors for undergrads. Berkeley only offers the BS in Business administration, but this program is considered one of the best in the nation for undergrads. I'm not sure what UCR offers, but it is one of the most popular majors there. Of course, people can enter the business world from any major.

Perhaps check out Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and Cal Poly Pomona, and I think Fullerton or a few other Cal States have business. Other california schools that have it include Redlands, USF, USC (considered to be a very good program), and I think USD. You could start a thread asking for all the business programs available in California for undergrads (if you want to know).
