<p>If Financial aid is your biggest concern, I would rule out Cornell since they are NOT need blind for Canadian citizens while Penn and Columbia are. </p>
<p>As for majoring in Finance and Engineering Columbia doesn’t have a Finance major. But you can major in IEOR, specifically Financial Engineering. </p>
<p>At Penn, your best bet is to look into the Jerome Fisher program where you can get a degree from SEAS and Wharton [concentration in Finance]</p>
<p>But keep in mind that while the acceptance rate at Penn SEAS>Columbia SEAS, Jerome Fisher is much more selective.</p>
