White Minority

Is their any colleges out there where white people arn't the minority?

Of course there are. Haven’t you visited any colleges and taken a look around? Most colleges are positively crawling with white people. Dartmouth is 73% white. [Dartmouth - About Dartmouth - Diversity](Dartmouth) Harvard is 68%. In fact I bet that whites are not in a minority in ANY of the Ivy League colleges and many other schools besides. I further bet the list of schools that are majority white is much longer than the list of those that aren’t.

Why do you ask?

You mean aren’t the majority? Many HBCUs (Historically Black Colleges and Universities), primarily formerly-segregated institutions in the South, fit that bill.

If you really meant “aren’t the minority,” then you named basically the vast majority of the colleges in the U.S.

At some of the most selective universities, the percentage of white, non-hispanic students is about 50% or less, according to the Common Data Set numbers. Examples: Princeton (49%), JHU (47%), Brown (46%), Yale (42%), Stanford (34%). However, when you add whites included among “unknown” and international applicants, there may be a white majority at these schools. I would think the percentage of white students is much higher than 50% at the majority of US schools.

Closer to the OP’s claimed location, there are several major universities where white (not including Latino, multiracial, international, or decline to state) students are not a minority of undergraduates:

West Virginia University: 87%
University of Kentucky: 83%
University of Pittsburgh: 79%
The Ohio State University: 78%
Virginia Polytechnic and State University: 76%
University of Maryland, Baltimore County: 50%

On the other hand, if the OP is looking at University of Hawaii, several of the University of California campuses, University of Texas El Paso, and many of the various HBCUs, then white students would be a minority of undergraduates at those schools.
