Alas, P-ton'll have to deal with my tardiness; I JUST FINISHED THE DAMN THING. :| (To be fair, I wasn't even considering P as an option until a week ago, so I have an excuse.)

haha I plan on submitting common app by tonight (i should've submitted it in november!) and the supplement by friday :)

the 15th isn't a deadline; it's just a date that would be more beneficial because they begin to review applications before January 1; really, it doesn't matter as long as you get it in by the 1st of January

Granted, I got mine turned in before the 15th because I had already done everything I needed to do; the common app was already in and all I had to do was the summers question (and that took me 30 minutes to do, and another 30 minutes to proofread)

i submitted in October.... o.O

I just have to write the engineering essay :/ The answer I used for UMich doesn't seem to be what they're looking for.

I'll be submitting on Christmas.

so i guess a lot of us are in the same boat as far as procrastination goes...
i actually planned to stay home on the 14th and finish it because i thought it was due on the 15th for an interview. but when i woke up that morning i had the flu! haha. so i called the admissions office and they told me that the 15th was really just for their benefit to prevent the flood of applications they get the first week in january.

submitted today. so that I won't have to worry about it on Christmas ;D

yeah, i just sent all my stuff yesterday. honestly, i don't think it's that big of a deal not sending it by the 15th.

I hardly think that they'll put a tag on those who didn't submit the app by Dec 15 (same with Harvard and Dec 1). They probably "encourage" us to do so to make their work easier without incurring the wrath of those trying to universalize applications.
