Who else hasn't started studying/ is JUST starting to study for APs?

I’m cramming!
Yeay! cram all da way.

physics was a fail i could barely get through the first 2 pages…
onto my review book! :P

I’ll probably cram for Music Theory at the last minute. Not much I can do to study for melodic dictation, though. :-/ I’ll probably get a 3; a 4 if I’m lucky.

Fortunately, that’s my only AP this year. I don’t envy the rest of you!

Didn’t start studying until this weekend. Taking US history, english lang, psych, and calc ab. Don’t really need to study for US and english though, but I know nothing about psych(having the class first period has made me incapable of paying attention to anything that goes on in class), and my calc skills need to be refined.

I have yet to start studying for APUSH and AP Bio. I can pull a 5 in Ap Bio with minimal studying. But, my class hasn’t even started the Vietnam war in APUSH. :frowning:
[AP Lang is a joke so im not even gonna bother]

I’m currently taking AP USH, English Language, and Physics B, while self-studying Statistics. Unfortunately, I’ve just started reading my Stats book, I’m on page 93 of about 1000 pgs, and haven’t even looked at the AP exams for it yet. USH and Physics B look like a few hrs of taking practice AP Exams and I’ll be good for a 5, while the Lang I’m good for the essays, but MC is epic fail. I’m hoping to get a 4 on the Stats with all cramming 24/7 from now til May 4th.

Sounds like these next few weeks are going to be fun for you

I learned my physics out of a review book. Needless to say, I’m not skipping the stuff in college…o.O (I got 5s on the C exams, the curve is like 50%–>5)

@leafblade i basically have to learn out of the book since i fall asleep in class. my teacher talks about random conservative stuff the whole period and teaches for maybe 10 minutes. it’s hard to selectively stay awake for those 10 minutes haha

Which Physics are you taking? If you can at least do the problems on C then you’re fine, probably a 4 or 5 :stuck_out_tongue: Idk about B, but it looks like straight formulas.

@archery: I will have taken 16 AP exams by the time I graduate and I have yet to fail any. I usually get 5’s , some 4’s, and a three on spanish lang.

Haven’t started studying for AP bio which is in two weeks  Its nice to only have 1 exam.

Me Me Me!

US Government - Was a one-semester course in the fall, so I’ve forgotten most everything, and I haven’t attempted to study for it yet.

Comparative Government - Is a one-semester course, and we’re still learning new material…

English Language - Don’t care at all, and I probably won’t study for it, either. Either you can write, or you can’t - not something I’m going to learn/prep for in a matter of two weeks.

Macroeconomics - Haha. Self-study. I’m taking regular economics at school (no honors or AP offered), but that class is a joke. We talk about finance more than we do economics - I’m screwed…

Physics B - Probably the one I’m least worried about, but the one for which credit will be the most meaningless. Even if I got a 5, I’d still probably take (calc-based?) college physics, seeing as I plan to apply to medical school.

and…

Calculus AB - The one I am most concerned about doing well on (i.e., the one I want to get a 5 on most badly). I would love to skip the first semester sequence of calc in college - bring on the tough stuff!

Cramming in the Calc AB now… hoping for a 4 so badly…

First year of AP’s and four exams…oi

AP Chem - Surprisingly well. Got a 5 on practice exam, but not with much leeway. Need to review electrochemistry and ■■■■■■■■ complexation stuff! (CoCl3(NH3)3)…w t f??)

APUSH - OMG. I can’t believe I’ve done well on the MC at all. Class is a complete joke. I’ve been getting around 50’s/80. I just have to make sure I review modern era and early administration stuff.

AP English Lang - Not prepared for MC at all. NEED TO REVIEW VOCAB. Writing section shouldn’t be too bad. Teacher isn’t too helpful either D:

AP Java - This I’ll have to review for the most. For some reason I can not get more than a little more than half of the MC right, which is not good. I need to just keep doing practice problems for this one.

I can’t wait till all this is over.

@tmann… you are like my chem SOULMATE haha I hate electrochem (AKA I need to revew A LOT) and I’m probably getting 5’s by small margins although I haven’t actually checked. I don’t know complexes either my teacher just went over them pretty quickly. I need to review vocab for AP Lang as well. I’m planning on studying the night before.

APUS… OI literally sleep in that class and it’s coming to bite me now. The curse of having an easy teacher…

Hahahaha, very cool. Yea, good grades for APUSH, bad score, lmao. I sleep in my APUSH class too.

Well good luck to our studying. Cheers to 5’s! haha

[Hopefully] 5’s! :stuck_out_tongue: Nothing less is acceptable for a CCer! just kidding I will be happy with 4s on everything except 5 on chem (I think when added with last year, 3 4’s and 2 5’s is a nice mix).

There’s officially 6 days until the French exam.

I haven’t done one ounce of studying yet. ■■■.

Maybe I should go do that instead of go on CC… :)

I have not begun studying for any of my exams. I am taking 4, including self-studying Computer Science.
