I won't be happy with anything under perfect. Retake in 9 days WOOT

I suppose after spending too much time on this forum, I get obsessed with that lustful 2400...

I came extremely close to it 780 CR 800 Math 800 Writing, and barely missed it with 1 question albeit the industry shakespeare one...

So no, I'm not satisfied with my score... I'm sure peoppel here will share the sentiment that they will not be completely satisfied unless they receive the 2400.

Maybe, cc is just turning us into pigs.

same I got 2370 and although I knew it was a solid score I was somewhat ****ed, because I set 2400 as a personal goal for myself

^ That's exactly how I felt when I saw my score.

I saw 800...800.. .*** GOD 780 GODDAMNASd fkasjdsl swearing. lol

but then I realized it was still a solid score.

^ That's exactly how I felt when I saw my score.

I'm pleased with mine
CR: 670->730
M: 680 -> still 680
W: 700-770

My goal was 2200 and I got a 2180, so that's close enough for me.
I am a little bit confused on how I did the exact same on math, especially since that is the only section I studied for. But then again, studying for me means doing one practice section the day before the test.
And that's the most studying I did for either of my tries.

Wow, you guys seriously have some issues. The school you go to matters, but not that much in the whole grand scheme of things. This whole SAT thing has been turned into a big ego race.

Me, Im happy. 1840.

i don't know how I got 680 on math..

(new superscore)
800 cr
710 m
780 wr

haha not your typical engineering applicant (duke,stanford,vandy) :/

I went up 250 points from the first time to 2240 with no prep. It doesnt really matter since i have a 34 sat. Now i just wont look stupid when i send in my subject tests.

Is it your score or the timespent V score that matters?

ITS OVER 9000!!!!!
hum...
Math 680->800 (yay)
Writing 640->780 (boo)
Critical Reading 560->690(yayyayayayayayay!)

1880->2270 yay!

^this boy got some skillz!!

1600 (M+CR), 2370/2400

I smiled all day :]

^ Impressive!

omg i hate u all with perfect scores on one-two sections. stop makin me feel stupid

how many would I have missed to get a 680 math?
i'm thinking 6...7?

^ I would say more around 5 to 6.

that seems so crazy...hm I guess I will just have to redeem myself with sat II

^ Not true at all. It's actually very difficult for me and I'm sure other cc-ers to get -2 on a section. I'm sure there will be at least 1 section where you get -0 provided you've done the prep.

same here^gona get 1600 on sat2
