Who thinks they would make a better GC than their actual GC?

<p>I might make a better GC, but I sure as hell wouldn't want the job of mine. </p>

<p>She must have at least 600 kids alone, in a school of over 3,000 plus kids, it is not a job I would want. </p>

<p>Plus, I would have to deal with *******s like myself(I constantly bug my GC so she remembers my name out of the hundreds of other students she has when she has to write a recommendation for me), but then there is summers off.</p>

<p>i could totally do a better job than mine. all she does is say "sorry i can't put you in that class it's full" or "come back tomorrow maybe it will be open" or "i wish i could do more" or she just isn't there. she wasnt there for 2 weeks straight.</p>

<p>I feel like the job of the GC includes a LOT of repeating the same info over and over and over again...I'm not sure I'd have the patience to do that for the rest of my life.</p>

<p>my counselor just gave me all my private documents and gave me back the stamped envelopes and gave me the official school stamper thing to borrow.</p>

<p>He said he didnt have enough time and that he trusts me. I basically have the freedom to do whatever i want with the papers. and seal them with teh school seal.</p>

<p>Mine couldn't spell either "Syracuse" or "Wellesley" and had never heard of the latter..same with National Merit until I was commended..</p>

<p>She's nice, though. I'll give her that. :)</p>
