<p>Is it difficult to get A in that class? How many student will get A? Thank you!</p>
<p>My S took Beau Baca his sophomore year to fulfill one of the required writing courses, English 118W. He made an A- and was thrilled to get it since he does not consider himself a strong writer. (He has no idea what anyone else made.) He is an econ and political science double major, btw, and was glad to see no one in his class was an English major. He went to see Beau after writing his first draft for every paper, which is recommended, and thought he got solid, helpful input. Moreover, most students find Beau and his discussions interesting. My son and I thought it was quite a coup when he got into Beau’s class when someone dropped the class on a random day in July and my S got in off the waitlist.</p>
