i am so dead...o well it doesn't matter anyway...i read like most of review book but there's too much infos to know....i give up.....
does anyone know what i need to get at least a 3???
what if i do half of essays? and get like half right on MC??

bump...................

If you get a little more than 50% of raw score, you're in pretty good shape for a 3/4.

I know getting a 5 is around 66% of the raw score...

It can't be that bad of a test. :P

You should get a 3/4 if you get 50% I think... 60% = 5, 50% = 4, 40% = 3. I think...

My problem is I took a MC and got a borderline 4 :( :( ... and I know my essays are gonna be worse :(.

Yes, I'm officially screwed. Unless there is some type of divine intervention, I am going to end up with a crap hole score :(.

edit: whoops forgot to refresh before posting :).

Same here.... I blame my teacher though. We cramed 20+ chapeters in the last 2 weeks because we fell behind. The 1st chapter we spent 2 weeks on!!! What a dumbass. I'm probably going to retake the course in college anyway. I don't want to walk into bio II and get blown away because of some high school teacher's lack of time management.

I'm playing a computer game right now.
it's fun

i want to play a computer game.. but that would be yea...
well im on page 40 in cliff notes.... jesus...

i give up now....it doesn't even matter for me anyway..lol i just feel bad for my teacher if i get a 1 or 2....haha

lol.. do you know anything at all... cuz im juss gonna cram the whole night through.. screw the good night's sleep thing

reading the essays at the end of the chapters of cliffnotes may give you enough to BS the essays and Multiple choice. spend the last couple of hours doing that. it was fun.

i know like half of the course i think....but i have a feeling that i will leave the essay part all blank...

oh.. well in that case i dont think you would get a 1 or 2...cuz seriously you gotta like not know shizzle... our ap biology teacher didn't teach ANYTHING.... and we only did 2 labs in class... and of the whole book we went through 10 out of the 50 something chapters...but im aiming for a 4 somehow

o really?? what if i do like 1 out of 4 essays?? would i still get a 3 or better? lol

dude.. even if you answer some hella weird stuff yur gonna get some points... you can get a 5 if you do most of the mc right and not answer any of the free response questions

o nice....good luck tomorrow. i'm gonna go to bed...

I'm not screwed for bio, because I'm not taking it, but I'm taking physics, and I'm deffinatly screwed for that. In fact, I think if I took bio w/o any prep. I'd get ahigher score, that's how screwed I am.

hahah sorry, there was no screwed for ap physics thread, oh and I ALMOST took bio (decided to take physics instead.) so that counts :)

jeez.. lmao so doing some last minute cramming then?

sheesh. This is bad. Should I just get some sleep? I'm considering pulling an all nighter since the test is only at 7:40, so I could just tough it out from now to 12:00 w/o any sleep.

I don't know if my teacher is just being nice to us or what, but he made it sound really easy to pass the AP Bio test. He said that since the raw score range for a 3 is about 48-52ish, as long as you do decent on the MC, you'll pass. He also said that it'll be much, much better if you write something for all 4 essays than to spend a lot of time on one, since you can only get a maximum of 10 points for each essay. shrugs

Good luck!

raw score range for a 3 is 48-52 out of 120? or 100? x__________x. All-nighter here i come.
