Who's taking SAT Lit?

i thought it sucked :[[ and the last poem was hella hard

first one and last one threw me off. and the play one was interesting

what are the good reasons to cancel a test, esp literature?

urgh i din manage my time properly either. had only bout 15 minutes for the play and last poem.

but the girl in front of me, she said she finished when the examiner said '20 minutes left'!!!!!

ahhhhhhhhhh i feel dumb :(

folks can anyone temme how good PR is? i managed to get only tat book...

I took it. It was soooo much harder than the CR on the SAT I. I got an 800 on CR, but with the Lit...I don't think I made 700....or even 600 :(

I tooook it...660 :)

800 :)

Use Kaplan. I can't say it enough :P

Is there a way to study for this test?

you can study by doing practice tests and knowing some terms but it doesn't guarantee anything...at all...

Ahh now I probably won't take this test..everyone seems to think it's hard!

lolcats4--if I did all the practice tests in Kaplan and got 700+, and studied the terms, do you think I'll get 700+ on the actual test. In other words, how did your score on the Kaplan's practice tests compare with your actual score?

Maybe I'll see how well I do on a practice test first..

I got totally thrown off by the first poem and it kinda set the tone.
then I went back to it later and found it easier but had no time.

the last poem. did the guys hand actually catch on fire (i seriously cant remember).

I though the play was stupid. lots of reading. some really easy questions and lots of ridiculous ones.

Smile, on all of my Kaplan practice tests (with the exception of one) I scored 780+. I got an 800 on the real thing so I think they're pretty accurate.

I'm gonna re-ask a question from page 2 - PR? It's what I've got. Also, how accurate are their practice tests?

Fairly accurate, slightly harder. My scores on them were around 730

lolcats4--thank you! I think I'll check out a book from the library and see how well I do on a practice test first.
