Why do girls care about height?

I hope you guys don't have trivial academic debates like this IRL, where you have to prove you're right. Otherwise you become "that kid."

Just some stupid crap about how some short people are probably short because of a bad diet and that it's not 100% genetic. I've already mentioned that height has a .90 or 90% correlation to genetics somewhere, so I'm not completely dense.

Well, I realize that you only said that because the OP was putting down fat people and saying that they're lazy, so you were trying to prove how his assumptions aren't always true because people could say that he's short cause he didn't eat his veggies, but that's a bit of a stretch...most fat Americans are fat because of lack of exercise and overeating, and most short Americans are short because of genetics, not because they were deprived of nutrition. I get your point though, it's rude to assume fat people are that way because of laziness. I got that when I posted a parody thread called "Why do boys care about body?" and got some interesting responses...I feel bad for posting that though since some people tried to cheer me up and give me a pep talk about loving my plus sized ass, which doesn't exist :D

I don't quite get what you mean, but I just don't like getting called stupid by any sense of the word. I've gotten so much crap for my perceived intelligence, so someone shouldn't just sling that word at me. Just don't.
I'm worried about the next time someone tries to make me look dumb in real life. I would probably kick their ass or verbally rip them apart so badly that they cry. Like I said before, just don't.

Um, yeah Molly. That's the essense of it.

You shouldn't be so insecure about it, TA.

When people question my intelligence or call me stupid, I chuckle to myself because I KNOW they are wrong, I KNOW I'm intelligent, and fairly confident in that regard.

Now if they make fun of a number of other insecurities I have, that might get to me more. But I'd probably just flip the bird, call them out for making fun of other people's abilities, and rip on them a little (in good humor).
